An editorial shortlist based on published game descriptions, not hands-on comparisons. These games share selected themes or mechanics; they are not all clay-made or stop-motion games, and this is not an official MoonHood recommendation.
- Little Nightmares II — side-view puzzle-platform horror with a companion and some weapon-based combat; not combat-free.
- Lost in Random — dark fairy-tale action from the same ex-Zoink directors, with dice combat.
- Fe — atmospheric adventure from that studio line.
- Ghost Giant — a VR puzzle game from that studio line, built around a small companion.
- Bramble: The Mountain King — dark folklore with a child protagonist.
- Inside and Limbo — side-view puzzle horror with almost no dialogue.
Choose by the feature you want: Ghost Giant is a VR-focused alternative; Lost in Random includes combat; Inside and Limbo emphasise platform puzzles rather than first-person exploration. Follow the developers’ and publishers’ pages below for current platform availability. The Midnight Walkers is an unrelated zombie extraction shooter, not a sequel or a similar clay adventure.
Questions
Is there another clay stop-motion horror game?
Not in this set. The Midnight Walk’s look comes from scanned clay models. The others share the mood, not the material.
